DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT

The position of Digital Transformation Consultant involves the following business objectives:

  • Implement digital solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and practices.
  • Leverage digital tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies for effective data management and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Guide organizations through digital transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.
  • Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect digital assets and data integrity.
  • Deploy digital solutions that support flexible and efficient remote working environments.
  • Identify and leverage digital opportunities to expand market reach and drive revenue.
  • Implement technology solutions that reduce operational costs and improve financial performance.
  • Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with industry standards and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearheading the development, execution, and ongoing monitoring of comprehensive, forward-looking plans for all IT endeavors in close collaboration with the Project Manager, staff members, and clients.
  • Translating business requirements into scalable system solutions, leveraging cutting-edge tools
  • and architectures while ensuring long-term viability and adaptability.
  • Driving the evolution of the technology infrastructure to underpin key business strategies and
  • processes, fostering scalability and agility.
  • Establishing and overseeing an IT innovation task force, aimed at the execution of the strategic technology development plan, in addition to, defining policies and controls that synchronize IT activities with organizational goals, ensuring robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Championing cross-functional collaboration to conceptualize, develop, and deploy technology solutions that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all facets of the organization, inspiring teams to push boundaries and explore new frontiers.
  • Developing and executing meticulous project plans to seamlessly integrate new technologies, encompassing robust change management and comprehensive training initiatives.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end process of RFP issuance, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget oversight for all technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fiscal prudence.
  • Overseeing performance of third-party IT service providers, ensuring alignment
  • with organizational needs and industry benchmarks.
  • Safeguarding the Project’s and the clients’ operations against a spectrum of IT risks, including data breaches, integrity issues, system failures, and service disruptions.
  • Developing and maintaining robust IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring
  • organizational resilience in the face of adversity.
  • Providing strategic direction and oversight to a multidisciplinary team, aligning all Project activities with overarching strategic imperatives.
  • Facilitating regular meetings, setting clear agendas, and delineating responsibilities to drive progress and accountability.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, coaching and mentoring staff to reach their full potential.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and goal-setting sessions, providing constructive feedback and recognition to inspire excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10 Years of Innovation Management and IT Management experience, with 5 years at a senior level.
  • Master’s Degree in business or information technology or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent portfolio of successfully implemented innovation development and digital transformation initiatives, projects, or programs.
  • Business analysis and technology procurement experience.
  • Experience managing comprehensive software systems.
  • Demonstrated success with sourcing and implementing technology creating synergies across
  • the organization and optimizing operations.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strategic leadership, business and entrepreneurial skills; developing key messages, identifying target audiences, and setting objectives.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Good interpersonal, customer service, and public relations skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work in teams with diverse groups of people, as well as independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as confidentiality and the ability to use discretion.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
